Maritime Museum of Rize/

Rize Denziclik Müzesi// TEATI was responsible for shaping the curatorial and exhibition design, scenography, and graphic design concept. The museum will showcase artifacts that represent the marine culture, naval history, and navigation of the city, including including Hamsi and Mavra's (traditional sailing boats). Located on Turkey's far northeastern Black Sea shore, approximately 100 km from Georgia, Rize has been home to various former empires such as the ancient Greeks, Byzantines, and Seljuk Turks, each leaving their mark on the rich maritime trade and contributing to the region's vibrant culture.
